Florian Clement

Od 2026 Florian Clement pełni funkcję Senior Vice President Sales & Service oraz Head of Region Eastern Europe w KION Group. Odpowiada za zarządzanie działalnością sprzedażową i serwisową w Europie Wschodniej, obejmującą trzy marki koncernu: Linde Material Handling, STILL oraz Baoli. Od 2025 jest również przewodniczącym Rady Nadzorczej Spółki Joint-venture STILL-Arser w Turcji. Równolegle od 2023 pełni funkcję Managing Director oraz Prezesa Zarządu KION ITS Poland, odpowiadając za działalność Linde Material Handling Polska i STILL Polska.

Jest doświadczonym menedżerem i liderem regionalnym z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w branży maszynowej oraz intralogistycznej. Specjalizuje się w rozwoju strategii sprzedaży, zarządzaniu strukturami wielokrajowymi, odpowiedzialności P&L oraz transformacjach organizacyjnych.
